The team at Fortitudo are proud to announce that the planning application has recently been submitted to Poole Borough Council for West Quay Road, Poole. The development will create an iconic building for 78 one and two bedroom apartments with the Government Help-to-buy scheme.
Romsey Road, Winchester – more information
This latest luxury development is situated in Winchester, is just a short distance from the town centre. It is described as the “sustainable commuter development”, it makes light work of a daily commute into London by train with the station moments away. The scheme will feature nine luxury town-houses which will each benefit from accommodation in excess of 2,300 sq ft. These houses are due to be completed early 2019 and will be available to purchase off-plan.

Fortitudo are proud to announce that the application on Commercial Road, Poole has been accepted subject to planning. The development will offer twenty-two one and two bedroom apartments and one commercial unit. The construction is due to start November 2018 and will be completed by November 2019. All apartments will be available off-plan and will have the opportunity of the Government scheme Help-to-Buy for first-time buyers.

The site has been acquired on an unconditional basis, formally known as The Poole Pottery retail warehouse on Poole Quay. The 36,000 square foot site will create ninety-five residential apartments and two commercial units, all associated with the Government Help-to-Buy scheme. The site benefits from being in the heart of Poole Quay and has direct links to transitions and Poole town centre.

Fortitudo are pleased to announce that 30 Tower Road development is set to be finished by May 2019. Fortitudo Property are pleased to announce its successful collaboration with Juno Developments in achieving planning for 53 Apartments at the old Poole Police Station. Luxury Waterside Homes – view the plans
Planning has been granted for three luxury waterside homes on a site that has been derelict for the past 20 years.
Planning was inspired by Fortitudo Property Development Specialist Richard Carr, architectural work was completed by Bradley Cheer of ARC Architects and the Planning Consultant was Matt Annan of Pure Town Planning.
The site has now been sold to Black Gold Developments for an undisclosed sum.

Planning has been granted for this spectacular development of eight apartments overlooking Poole Harbour.
The site currently has two apartments, which were built in 2003.
The team was led and inspired by Richard Carr, the Development Consultant at Jacob Carr Homes Ltd. The architects were Bradley Cheer of Anders Roberts Cheer, planning was assisted by Matt Annan of Pure Town Planning and the engineering was by Julian Calcinotto of Cacinotto & Associates.

Richard Carr was asked by his client in January, 2014 to get the best value from this superb site in Lilliput.
In October, 2014, Richard achieved planning for two mono-roofed contemporary houses; one with access onto Dorset Lake Avenue and the other with access onto Salterns Way.
In total, Richard completed the request of the client within ten months.
The sale was handled by Key Drummond Estate Agents and Tailor Made Estate Agents.
